Sarah's Best Person in the World (for the week of June 12th)

Mr. China Moon Owner. This man has defied all authorities and has become the only chinese food producer to speak near perfect english.  His english combined with the knowledge of interior decorating plus his ability in General Tso craftsmanship has earned him my official stamp of approval.

So I am sitting in first period like normal we are watching like the OJ simpson made for Tv movie. Trust me it was awesome. When This girl who was supposed to leave for a field trip comes running back into our room.

"Something is going on. There are like a million cops outside from Whitehall, Coplay, Catty, and everywhere."

Alright so a routine drug bust got out of hand. Whatever still news but not a big deal. A minute later we were in lockdown. And everyone starts getting texts about a gun man in the school.

"Someone is holding Dr. Ott hostage."

"He has a shotgun."

"There are like three guys with guns."

We are all panicking. What is going on? Why isn't anyone telling us whats going on? Somebody says something about the next Columbine. By this point I call my mom. I tell her something is going on at the school and she should watch the news to see whats up. Next thing Ms. Kroop comes over and tells Mrs. Hoandshit someone is in the school with a shotgun and we are going to be evacuated. We are evacuated to the football fields. As I am walking out the SWAT team is coming in. Huge guys with M16's this freaks me out even more. I ask Herr Ritter what is going on and he only tells me "guns".

Later we were all informed by the news that a boy in the senior class had tried to take his life up in the observatory with a .22. And we all had gotten the hostage situation from Dr. Gavin being the only woman he would talk to. I feel really bad.  So the kid snapped because he was picked on and was an outsider and the only person who cared left him (his girl friend) and now his entire life is fucked. Like he was trying to just end it so he could stop being the weirdo and now he is going to be labeled for the rest of his life as a psycho. Whatever I don't condone bringing guns or scaring the shit out of everyone. It just kind of sucks for him.

One more thing. Stuff like this just doesn't happen at northampton. Honestly I thought Easton or Allentown would be the first to have problems. My God we don't have metal detectors cops or anything and all of this is going to change now. Shit. Northampton? Get real.
